Arrowsmith was engaged as one of the many contractors to undertake the retail fit-out in the newly constructed Crossings development in Tauriko. The challenge was to complete the work within a tight timeframe alongside other contractors who were also working on multiple fit-outs simultaneously. The basebuild works were still underway when Arrowsmith commenced their work, which added to the challenge of coordinating with the other contractors and completing their work on time.
The project involved fabricating and installing high-quality fittings to meet the client's expectations. Arrowsmith had to deal with short lead times, tight deadlines and no extension to complete the project, which added to the complexity of the project.
Despite the challenges, Arrowsmith was able to complete the fit-out on time and within budget. The completed project met the client's expectations and contributed to the overall success of the Crossings development.
